Inspection

How do I know if I need a new roof?

Our field representatives have the skills and experience to identify problems due to storm damage, poor installation, and age deterioration.

They know the key danger signals that your roofing system is not protecting your home!

divot Inspection

Divots due to hail damage can weaken your roof and cause leaks and roof failure.

SK AlgaeShingle Inspection

Dark, “dirty-looking” areas may be caused by environmental pollutants or vegetation, fungus, or algae growth. These spots may also indicate a loss of granules due to the age of the shingles.

SK CurlingShingles Inspection

Missing, cracked, or curling shingles may mean that the shingles have reached their useful life.

SK Decaying Inspection

Roof shingle, sheathing, and siding decay may be caused by poor attic ventilation.

SK StainedWall Inspection

Stained interior walls and ceilings may be cause by inadequate or faulty shingle underlayment, which can allow leakage. This may also be a symptom of insufficient ventilation.

SK Poorvent Inspection

Excessive energy costs are often caused by insufficient attic ventilation, requiring heating and cooling systems to run excessively.

SK Windriven Inspection

Leakage in attic after driving rain may be due to inadequate shingle underlayment and/or deteriorated flashing.
