How do I know if I need a new roof?

Roof shingle, sheathing, and siding decay may be caused by poor attic ventilation.

Stained interior walls and ceilings may be cause by inadequate or faulty shingle underlayment, which can allow leakage. This may also be a symptom of insufficient ventilation.

Excessive energy costs are often caused by insufficient attic ventilation, requiring heating and cooling systems to run excessively.

Leakage in attic after driving rain may be due to inadequate shingle underlayment and/or deteriorated flashing.
