Storm Damage

We live in the Upper Midwest, where the weather can turn from beautiful to dangerous in minutes!

Damage to your home’s roof, siding, gutters, and windows from hail and high winds is often covered by your insurance.

We have done thousands of projects on homes that have sustained weather damage and have been the safest and best solution to repairing and/or  replacing parts of their homes’ exterior. Get in touch with us today to schedule an FREE inspection of your home!

How to ensure a hassle free claim process

1. Contact the claims center of your Insurance Company and report that you may have hail or other weather damage to your home.

2. After reporting the claim, contact your NEW LIFE CONTRACTING Sales Representative with your claim number.

3. The Insurance Company will contact you with the name and phone number of their Adjuster, along with the date and time that the Adjuster will be coming out to inspect your home. Call your NEW LIFE Sales Representative with this information. Most times, your sales representative or their Sales Manager will meet your adjuster out at your home, helping to point out areas that we feel may need repairing.

4. After meeting with your Insurance Adjuster, your NEW LIFE Field Representative will brief you on what work the Insurance Company will cover for your home and set up a time to select the products and colors to be used on your home.

5. Once you have chosen materials and colors, your Field Representative will schedule your project for production. Most projects begin within two weeks.

6. Upon completion of your project, our Inspector will examine the completed work and pick up any remaining materials.

7. At some point during this process, your Insurance Company will send out a claim report and the first of two checks. Please contact your NEW LIFE Field Representative to arrange the handover of this check as partial payment.

8. Once we receive the insurance paperwork and your project has been completed, you and your Insurance Company will receive copies of the final invoice. When you receive the second check form the Insurance Company, the remainder of the invoice is due.
