New life contracting just replaced our roof this month. Jerry who is the contractor, and his crew were outstanding in everything they did. They cleaned thoroughly after job was completed. Jerry came out after the job was done to do a final inspection with us present to make sure that we were totally satisfied with the installation and look of the roof, and we definitely were. After a bad hail storm we were concerned about how to deal with insurance to handle issues with our roof and siding. Zak R made it so our dealing with the insurance company consisted of signing a couple documents and and we were ready to get started. We started our journey with New Life when Gabriel came to our door. He made everything not just easy, but fun. He helped me file the claim on the spot and about 10 days later when our adjuster came Gabriel met him. The adjuster agreed with everything Gabriel had worked up and shortly thereafter we had a new roof. The New Life team showed up as scheduled and did the whole job in just two days. Gabriel and Eddie walked us through everything and the crew was great. No mess or collateral landscape damage at all. They even moved our gas grill for us to get it out of the way. New Life installed new roofing, siding and gutters on my house. They not only did an excellent job but it was in a timely fashion. I didn’t have to meet with the insurance company or their adjusters.
